Terms and Conditions for Online Sales

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
  • Applicable tax and shipping charges will be added.
  • All orders are processed with Square Merchant Services. You will be emailed an order confirmation and receipt once the transaction is processed.
  • The ACE Program™(book & cds) and ACE PAK™ are shipped within Canada via Expedited Post with Canada Post. Canada Post estimates that products will arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on where in Canada the product is shipped. If you do not receive your product within 8 business days, please contact info@optimacomm.com.
  • The ACE Program™ (book & cds) and ACE PAK™ will be shipped internationally through Canada Post Air Mail. Canada Post estimates that products will arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on where the product is shipped. If you do not receive your product within 5 weeks, please contact info@optimacomm.com.
  • If you are not satisfied with the ACE Program™ (book & cds) or ACE PAK™, you may return the product for a refund within 7 days of receiving it (shipping charges are not refundable). Products must be returned in new condition with no damage or missing pieces in order to receive a refund.
  • There are no refunds for downloadable eBooks (ACE™-Canadian Version or ACE™ International Version).
  • For the downloadable eBooks, the maximum download limit is 2 and the download links expire within 30 days of purchase.
  • Contact info@optimacomm.com if you would like to order more than 3 copies of the ACE Program™ (book & cds).
  • Contact info@optimacomm.com if you would like to use a purchase order for multiple copies of the ACE Program™ ( book & cds).
  • Please contact info@optimacomm.com if you have any questions regarding the product you received. We are more than happy to assist you.
